I had my license taken away and almost had it back but got pulled over for driving on a suspended license and no insurance and no interlock. So the prosicuting attorney dropped the driving on a suspended license so I wouldn't get my license taken away for another year but when I called the DMV to find out about getting it back they had added another year. Is there anything I can do to get my license back?
You need to quickly contact a lawyer to help you with an appeal from the Justice Court to the District Court. There an...
MY license has been suspended for three years now and i cant get it back for another two years
Utah does not allow for a conditional license when it has been suspended for a DUI conviction. Hope this helps.
I was pulled over Saturday night around 3 AM for " failure to operate within one lane " on the highway . I told the officer I had had a drink . I completed a couple field sobriety tests and blew into a Breathalyzer . He placed me in handcuffs , put me in the back of his car then said he needed me to take the breath test again . I asked him what I blew the first time and he said he wouldn't tell me unless I agreed to take it again . I told him I didn't want to do anything else without talking to a lawyer first . The officer got a search warrant to take my blood but still said I refused the chemical test . I was not allowed to talk to a lawyer before having blood drawn and being taken to jail . Is there any way a lawyer can save my license from the 18 month revocation at a OLD hearing ?
Yes.

Any underaged ingestion of alcohol is a crime, regardless of whether a vehicle is involved.
I have a job coming up for some seasonal work which would require me to be gone for about a month, this way I will be able to afford an attorney.
One option would be to ask for a continuance of the case until you can afford to actually hire an attorney to represent...
I wasn't walking really straight in the street and the officer stopped me and wanted to investigate me. Can I refuse the sobriety tests as I'm not driving and that I were NOT in danger of my self or others? What of he took me to jail? Do I have to submit a blood sample? Can I get convicted? and can the case even end up in court? Can the prosecutor even file charges? I was not in a danger of my self or others, I was just not walking really well that's it
You can always refuse to perform field sobriety tests, whether you are pulled over in a car or stopped walking down...
