Identity fraud, Solon Rd: About 2:30 p.m. Oct. 1, police took an identity fraud complaint in the lobby of the police station from a 71-year-old resident. The man told police that he received an invoice from the Check 'n Go loan agency saying he had defaulted on a loan of more than $1,400. Comment?

Fatal shooting is city's 100th homicide; buyer for Jimmy Dimora's house; Solon police officer on leave: Northeast Ohio News Links A 21-year-old man is in custody following a deadly shooting today at an apartment complex on the city's East Side, the 100th homicide in Cleveland this year. The U.S. Marshals Service reported today it has a buyer under contract for former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora's house and will likely finalize the sale within the next few days. Traffic Citation, Main Street: An officer asked a man to use the crosswalk while crossing the street 8:16 a.m. Sept. 1. According to the police report, the man then started across the street in the crosswalk, but then stepped out of it and ended up walking behind the police car. Comment?
