Can my son get his DUI administrative driver license suspension lifted after being found not guilty?
My son was arrested for a DUI and received a 90 day administrative suspension on his driver license that went into affect about a week ago. He finally had his trial yesterday and the jury found him not guilty. Can he request this suspension be lifted or does he have to do something to get it lifted? We can't seem to find any information other than penalties etc if your convicted.
Unfortunately the Department of licensing and the criminal case are unrelated. Regardless of the outcome of a criminal...

Yes you could be charged with a felony but it depends on any substance that is still left in or on the pipe. You need...

Was charged with a DUI but not convicted. Can I get into Canada with a written letter from my lawyer stating there is no disposition or conviction?
You would actually need to consult with a Canadian Barrister/Solicitor to get an accurate answer. Canada is very strict...
DUI for alcohol-recommendation said no alcohol problem but recommend treatment for non related to DUI.Court still have interest?
What I'm trying to ask is if I obtained a DUI for drinking and driving, but my assessment didn't find me to have an alcohol problem, but recommends treatment for other substance abuse, does the court still care or can I point that out to probation? I have a non compliance hearing for not doing as my treatment counselor recommended because of lack of resources, (transportation, gas, time) and I have had dirty UA for non prescribed medications? Why would that have anything to do with my DUI? Will I go straight to jail at the probationary hearing for non compliance?
It's very typical for judges to order that someone on suspended sentence for a DUI not use or possession drugs without...
What can I do with my pending cancellation of my license after failing to pass my driving test at DOL the third time?
while I had my learners permit, I was being instructed/ training to drive with a friend I had an accident. The insurance took care of the damages and DMV cancelled my permit. I was instructed to go and take the test again at DOL ONLY, which I did and passed. Later I was given one month with a temporary learners permit and required to come back to DOL to take driving test (I wasn't allowed to go any 911 or any driving school to train.) I failed the driving test out of nervousness three times and I was served with a letter indicating that my I have 10 days to appeal since my license had a pending cancellation notice. please help what shall I do/
You answered your own question. You have 10 days from the date of notice to appeal otherwise you are not allowed to...

Is it fraud and abuse when a teacher doesn't disclose important information about a test?
I'm in nursing school so I have a classroom instructor and a clinical instructor. My clinical instructor gave me an assessment that was to assess my clinical judgement with only 1 days notice. The day before the test she told me it was going to be like any other assessment so I thought I would be fine. However, when the time actually came around, she didn't tell me she was going to scrutinize every little thing that I did and so the assessment was nothing like how I experienced it in the past. Instead it was really a way to report all my faults. I felt totally duped.
This was classified under DUI Law which is definitely not correct.
