Hi. I had my first DUI in February of this year. I have completed all of the conditions (car impound, counseling, DUI school, etc). My remaining fine of over 2,000 will be paid this month. Problem is I did slip, and I drank, and I came in, passed the breath alyzer but they surprised me with an ETG test. The original sentence was up to a year in jail, and if I violate, is there a possibility I won't "have" to do this entire sentence? I know I need treatment, I have been wanting treatment further after the few classes they gave me. I want to beg my probation officer/judge to help with that....and does my PO have to violate me or is it at her discretion? I mean, I hope it's negative, can't really afford the lawyer with my savings spent, but I know they help. Thank you.

2nd DUI in 4 1/2 yrs. None of what I was told is happening. Did not blow and no blood or urine test. So nothing but cops word. Lawyer said I past sobriety test. So need to know if I can appeal plea of no contest on this charge? Lawyer told me it was in my best interest to plea out. I felt forced into the plea deal.
