What happens to someone who calls someone's probation officr and lies to them about the probationer just to get them in trouble.
I have a friend who is on probation. The judge required her to go to rehab. She tried for almost two months to get in touch with her probation officer. Finally one shows up at her home stating he was her new PO and that she needed to come in to his office the next day. She arrives and failed a drug test. They threatened to send her to jail and got her into a rehab for the following week when before, the wait was almost a year to get in. They told her to report the next day and put her in a curfew of 6 pm. She went the next morning and again failed the drug test which was obvious she would an and they put her in jail until she was scheduled to go to rehab the next week. She went to rehab but they told her that she would have to come back the following week to see the doctor before she could start detox. The next day someone in her family called her po and told him she had went to Alabama which was a flat out lie because she was with me at the time she was supposed to have went across the state line. So her po calls her back up there the next day and drug tested her again and when she failed it he sent her to jail and now she's gonna have to do a year in prison.
When someone is on probation they lose a fair amount of rights. They must comply with all conditions, and if testing...
What would happen if I left on misdemeanor charges from one state to another without permission from my probation officer?
I was arrested in Rome,Georgia for driving on a suspended license out in jail then released on probation but was living under a bridge my home was in Alaska and wanted to return my p.o. said no but if I did return home how could I obtain my license for driving again.
My guess is that you will have a warrant issued for your arrest. This time there will be no bond. If you appear to try...
How can I get off of Georgia first offender early?
I have already completed over 3.5 years of my 5 year sentence and my fine is paid to less than $300 I was trying to find out a way to get off early. I have completed school to become an emt and now I'm having trouble getting my license after I was told it was fine and I could do this without any issues. Any help I'd greatly appreciated thanks.
You're having issues because this first offender charge is showing as open / active against you because it hadn't been...
I pleaded guilty to my 2nd dui in 2004. I want to know if my interlock ignition can be waived. It's been ten years ago.
I pleaded guilty to my 2nd dui in 2004. I successfully completed probation, successfully completed dui school, my clinical evaluation was waived. But I was told that I still need a ignition interlock. Can this ignition interlock be waived since it has been so long ago. It's been over ten years since then to now.
It is possible, but you should hire a lawyer to file such a motion on your behalf.
What is the most likely scenario that I will face in my situation below? Options to lessen severity of judgment against me?
I have admittedly been irresponsible and made some poor decisions in my past and realize that I must suffer the consequences of the omissions and commissions of these choices. The following are my offenses: 1). Driving with altered tag and broken windshield 2). Driving with suspended license ***License suspended after being pulled over for DUI offense and refusal to take a blood test 3). Driving without car insurance x 4 4). While on probation had initially cooperated with community service with weekly reports and payments of $50/weekly but stopped reporting and in violation of this. I have an upcoming court appearance in 10 days. I understand the multiple offenses and there are consequences that must be incurred.
Wow! Well, easily, your probation should be revoked and you'll likely have to serve some time in jail for all these...
What will happend if i violated my probation with a dui
Quick question what will happen if i violated my felony probation for the first time for a dui probation was originally in cartersville but had it moved to rome since i live in rome. Have to go see my po thursday morning and have court for the dui june 9th
It could be as simple as nothing will happen or you could be revoked in full. It really just depends on several factors...
If I just got charged with dui and I had 1 in 2007 and 2005 will it be my first or third conviction?
the clerk at the probate court says duis go back 5 years and so does the governor's website. I just want some clarity to this issue. I was approached by an off duty cop while sitting in my friends driveway sleeping/passed out with the keys in the ignition and running. a uniformed officer came and hooked me up after off duty fellow gave me breathalyzer.
DUIs stay on your record for life. So, you have two DUIs in 10 years. If convicted, this would be your third in 10.......
