Can you lose your license for a DUI arrest but no conviction?
Okay, so my boyfriend got arrested for blowing UNDER the limit but they did a blood draw (which came out clean) and now they're trying to take away his license. Can they do that and if so how and why?
There are three instances in which the DOL will move to suspend or revoke a license administratively due to a DUI...
I received A DUI . I did blow into breathalyzer but they didn't show me the results
Was driving. I was pulled over. Taken back to station and released.

Received 3rd Dui six years ago. Need my license back sooner.
So it's been roughly 6 years. Is there a way I can speed up getting my license back. I understand I can get sr22 and blow and go. But I don't want to deal with that. I've completed outpatient 6 years ago but they shut the facility down. I completed inpatient on my own free will and I'm attending AA on my own free will. I guess my question is do I really have to wait a few more months before my record is completely cleared up. To get my license reinstated.
"But I don't want to deal with that".... Really.... Well that's nice. You may not "want to deal with that" but...
Is driving without a lisence (not a suspended lisence) probable cause to search the vehicle? Did they perform an illegal search?
I got pulled over driving like 90-100 on the freeway. I have never had my lisence and I was actually going to take my actual drive test so I could get my lisence that day which is why I was speeding. Anyways, they ended up "letting me go" and supposed to leave the vehicle where it was and have someone else come pick it up. And then before I'm able to walk away a k9 car pulls up. And all of a sudden they need to search the car. They said if I don't let them search it they will impound it in the police impound and take me to jail. They said if they found anything in the vehicle they would discuss it with me and not nessisarily take me to jail. Anyways they found a little less than a gram of heroin, three ID's in my wallet, three checks written out in the truck(which were not mine), plus I had a faulty temp plate on the back of the truck, and six fake insurance cards in my purse (because I was going to take my test and I needed insurance). They did not take me to jail but said I would be getting tickets and court dates In the mail. Plus they said I would be getting charged with all this.My boyfriend told me that there's this law called "the fruit of the poisonous tree" does that apply?
