I was recently arrested for 2nd DUI, open container, and careless driving. I hired an attorney and at the first pre-trial conference my case was dismissed with out prejudice because the DA failed to produce discovery with in 30 days. Four days after the case was dismissed, the DA refilled. My case is now again pending but my attorney wants to charge me again for representation. I do not know what to do, if I should rehire him or go with a pd for this is a huge financial burden. Is it also possible that the case could get dismissed again then refilled a second time?

Hit a wall on side of road with my car. Cops arrive, want to charge DUI, go to hospital give blood, no alcohol no illegal drugs, but some of my Prescription for anxiety was in tehre but what was noted as a 'reasonable amount' for my daily dose. Nope. They are convictions and they stay on your record.
My son was arrested on a DUI 2010 whet to court is doing all that they told him to do.Never new he had a warrent on the same case at a other court .And went to a party on june 10 2011 and the police wss called to load my son eas asked hes name and was arestted on a bench warent because he had very lettle weed Officer said he had a warrent for hes arresst.He spent 3 days and I had to bail him out for $995 I call to s when he would go to court and they didn't know on monday june13 2011 the same day i called the jail and city court house they didnt know I Talked to my son at 1pm .after going to the bail him .dauring that time they relessed him on hes own.The officer that arrested him for DUI made A mistake and set him to go to the two diffrent courts so my son paid for it time ,Stress,work
