I just had my insurance file Sr with the div so i can get my license back ( I also finished the DUI class and they are sending proof of completion as well ) My question is do i need to have the Sr paper in my car with me at all times also or does it just need to be on div record for 3 years ? A buddy told me i need to also have it in the car with me at all times but i thought it would be better to ask here . Thanks
You don't need it in your car. It does, however, need to be with the DMV for 3 years.
