I pled no contest to a misdemeanor and was given twelve months of supervised probation. I was told by my probation officer to pay my month's fees by the end of the month (April) and got the money May 1st but was called in by my probation officer that day and was arrested for violation of probation for not paying my fees and for a dui that is waiting on a blood test, which will prove negative when it comes back. I was told blood tests won't be back for 6 months and don't understand how that can factor into violation since there is absolutely no proof for the charge. I can pay off my entire probation, but at this point is it worth it and can I ask for a court appointed attorney before my court date? I am trying to move out of the county and start a new job, but am stuck here (so I was told).
Lot a stuff going on here. My suggestion to you is to consult with local counsel experienced in criminal defense...
After a car accident, I was taken to the hospital for head trauma and my recollection of events is not great. How can I find out if I was subjected to a forced blood draw while being treated in the hospital? Will it be indicated in my medical records? Should I call the police and ask if I am under investigation for possible DUI? Should it be indicated on the existing police report? Should I obtain legal council if I find in the affirmative? Thank you for any responses!
It will probably be in your medical records whether it was a forced draw for the police or a medical draw for medical...
I went through a lic. check point and they arrested me for DUI. My bail was a thousand dollars. I blew a .23 at the time of the check point and at the police station. Do I need to get a lawyer or can I get out of this myself with just paying the fines of the court and the ticket?
You should consult with a DUI lawyer. If you can not afford one, you may qualify for a public defender. The penalties...

I was arrested on April 19th 2014 and I still have not received a court date. I've also called the Central Violations Bureau and they don't seem to have any information about my charge. I've already been discharged from the Army, Under Honorable Conditions and was wondering if I could also upgrade my discharge if this incident never comes to fruition. Thank you for your time!
Typically the statute of limitations for a misdemeanor is one year.

You should consult with an experienced DUI/DWI attorney to represent you.
I had my license taken away from a DWI I was charged with in October and my charge was dismissed by the state. What steps should I take to get my license back?
If it was dismissed there are no suspensions. It sounds like you never paid the civil revocation fee of $100 that...
