After an extensive investigation, Colonie Police have arrested a man they believe is responsible for the hit-and-run death of a Rome soldier. Master Sergeant Rudolph Seabron was killed in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 8th, 2017 in the apparent hit-and-run accident. Comment?
