Francisco "Frank" Tallarino Sr., 74, was arrested Saturday and charged with second-degree coercion and three counts of fourth-degree stalking, said the Madison County Sheriff's Office. All four charges are misdemeanors. Comment?

A New York man is facing additional charges after police say his failure to set the parking brake on a tractor-trailer caused a fatal crash Thursday. Ivan Delgado, 53, of Rome, New York, was conducting a pre-trip inspection on his Celadon Trucking rig in the lot of Zep on U.S. Highway 41 about 8:25 p.m. when the truck began to roll. Comment?

A bank robber with a history of nearly three dozen arrests has been sentenced to prison for 30 years for an armed heist of a credit union in Oneida County two years ago. U.S. District Judge Norman Mordue imposed the sentence this week on Robert Hendricks, who was convicted by a federal jury in March of credit union robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence.
