Probation Revocation: 3-Year Suspended Sentence! Do I have to serve the whole 3 years??
Probation Revocated, 3 year original, suspended sentence, never been in MO DOC before. No shock or treatment programs. I'm hearing I have to serve 65%, would that be accurate? Lawyer didn't push for a 120 program like I had hoped for.

I've had my ignition interlock device for almost a year (10 months) and I have had no issues with it. Last week I blew before work and it failed me. I blew again after a few minutes and I passed.
