Mi. Secretary of State has revoked my license twice now and iam waiting as before for my hearing date
An interlock devise drains on the battery if it's not driven within 5 days the state gets a report of loss power and they send a letter revoking your license you then must request a hearing the. Process takes about 3 months in the mail mean while your not allowed to drive but still must maintain the devise on your car
Sorry to hear about this, but maybe you should have turned your car on before five days if you knew this would happen.
Does my husband need to disclose to his possible employer he was arrested for a DUI 2 weeks ago?
My husband was arrested for a DUI almost 2 weeks ago and his court date is not until the 21st. He has a job interview tomorrow, and I'm wondering how he should handle this situation. Should he tell them about it? He has not been convicted yet of the offense, but I know being honest is the best way to go. But I don't want this to ruin his chances of getting the job. He has had a DUI once before, but that was 10 years ago. Any pointers would be helpful, thank you in advance.
He is not legally obligated to unless it is one of those rare government jobs where he has to swear to be honest under...
I have a question about the hearing request form for my license appeal hearing.
One of the questions asks: have you ever been incarcerated, on probation or on parole for one or more alcohol related offense. I have been on probation multiple times, so it states to list the offense, location and date of the offense, and the release date. Does the offense mean what I was convicted for? And when it states to list the date of the offense, do I list the actual day that I was arrested, or the date I was convicted of the crime? Or am I supposed to list the day I was placed on probation?
Yes, list the offenses that you were actually convicted of (not necessarily what you were charged with) and the date...

Can I sue the driver for the remaining costs to repair my truck since the driver was drunk?
I was at a stop sign when a drunk driver rear-ended me going 45 mph. He got arrested. The following day i went to my insurance and they said I only get $1000 back cause I have plpd. That's not gonna cover half of the damages. Can I sue the driver for the remaining damages since he was drunk? I've never been in a accident so I don't know what to do.
You can bring what is called a mini-tort action against the other driver in small claims court without an attorney, in...
