A family dinner at a vacation home was ruined for family members when Kyle Landon Murdy, 29, resident of Riverside, was arrested after an argument that turned violent. A Sheriff's Department spokesperson told The Alpenhorn News that on October 10, shortly before 7:30 p.m., the Sheriff's Department was requested at a residence in the 100 block of North Grass Valley Road, Lake Arrowhead, regarding a family member, later identified as Murdy, who had allegedly consumed an excess amount of alcohol, became involved in a heated argument and started choking his sister, then throwing her to the ground causing numerous injuries.
