What is the best outcome that could happen for a second DUI first tier?
I received my first in 2009, and did everything i had to do (pay fines, ARD, Community Services). I have no priors, no points, etc.. A few nights ago I had a few (5 coors lt) hours earlier, waited a while, and stupidly got behind the wheel to get something to eat (didn't eat earlier). I hit a DUI checkpoint. I blew a .084 according to the officer. No blood was drawn. I was charged. I am the sole provider for my family and i work 80 miles away. I have 2 small children with a third on the way in two months. I know I made the biggest mistake i could ever, and have been sick mentally & physically over my actions and that i hurt my family. My biggest scare now is losing my job and being out on the street. What would be the best thing to come out of this?
The best thing is always an acquittal. Its why people in your position hire attorneys. You have to be convicted....

Need to know what I am looking at either time wise or suspension?
There is a lot more information needed to answer your question. When were you convicted of the one in 2002? When were...

After being arrested for DUI in PA, is the arresting officer allowed to "just walk into my house and demand to wake up spouse?
I was arrested for a prescription medication DUI. I cooperated with arresting officer; I took FST and allowed blood to be drawn. This was not only my 1st DUI, but 1st arrest in nearly 60 years. When officer took me home, he walked into my home without asking or receiving my consent and demanded to speak with my spouse. FYI I was not impaired while walking or climbing steps, so there was no claim I could hurt myself. Is this legal, especially since he was alone on a different floor of my home while I went to get my spouse?
This is your second posting. Hire a lawyer!
I've needed to take controlled pain meds for over 10 years, was recently arrested for my 1st DUI and criminal offense in 57 yrs
I was tired after driving 56 miles from my friends home to my home. I am 100% disabled for fibromyalgia and severe back pain and qualify for SSDI. I momentarily took my eyes off the road and subsequently grazed a telephone pole while driving in the extreme right lane. I corrected my car and signaled for a right turn, slowed down and made the turn. At approx. 1/3 of a block beyond intersection a marked police car turned on red lights and I immediately pulled over to the right curb and stopped. Five (5) police cars surrounded me with 1 officer each and I was questioned about drinking (answer=no), then questioned if "I was on something" upon which I answered yes and produced prescription bottle. I agreed to Field Sobriety Test and blood test. Is there any way I can beat this charge I PA?

DUI, probation.
My brother got DUI in 2014. As per court order he was supposed to attend some classes 3 times (3 days). He did, but only 2 times. He paid all fines, but missed one class (one day). Now, he called the court, and they told him everything is ok. Is it possible he has a warrant issued? How can we find out about it? Can he get any documents from the court that he fulfilled his obligations? I know he had a probation officer assigned, should he contact him? I mean, we have no idea if can even drive in PA (we live in NJ). Please help.
Your brothers first call should be to the attorney that represented him in this matter.
Is it worth it in the long run to get my case expunged?
In 2014, when I was 18, I got an underage drinking citation. I plead guilty, paid fines, and did community service in order to get my case dismissed. I'm a junior nursing student and I'm afraid that when I graduate in 2017, my dismissed case will come up in my record when employers view my criminal record. I was wondering if it was worth it to get my case expunged.
Heres the thing, would you be asking if it wasnt?? Its always better to have a clean recors if you can afford it.
