I have an aiding and abetting dui in raeford nc. The driver was charged and convicted of the dui. At the time I had nc license and went to court a few times but had to relocate to Illinois for family matters. Missed court now have fta on this charge. I receive my Illinois license before my nc license got suspended. So I'm valid I Illinois not nc. I need a lawyer who can clear this up. We was never pulled over driver hit a fence which totaled the car and police came hour later. Hopefully I can get a lawyer who is familiar with hoke county
You should post this to the NC lawyers. You will have trouble renewing your Ill license if you don't.
What is the cost to bringmyfiancefrom mexico if he was deported
he we arrested and deported for dwi
You should contact an immigration, but it would appear that if he was deported, you can't bring him back to the US

Your question is unclear. Consult with a defense attorney.

What are a persons rights at dui checkpoints
I have always been curious about an individuals rights at dui checkpoints... I've read before that when stopped by an officer that you don't even have to roll your window down as long as you place your I'd and registration in a bag out the top of it. And then I recently just watched this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch? time_continue=319&v=tLnhSl1ajyc ..... so what are citizens rights at dui checkpoints? What are we required to do and cooperate with? And also does this guy in the video have any recourse for the dog scratching his car? And do we really have any rights at all when they can simply exagerate a dogs reaction and say that he hit on the car?
You have a lot of questions but the easiest answer is that you simply have the right to refuse all field sobriety tests....
Help with dui
I have another dui Jan 30 2016. My last was may 7 2008. I blew a .15 both times. Nobody was in my car and didn't wreck or anything. I posted earlier but I wanted to clarify. My driving record has 1 speeding ticket. Unsafe movement 2 seat belts and 4 inspection violations. No tickets since 08. I'm 35. Same full time job 10 years. 6 kids. I don't know what the outcome will be. Any help would be grateful.
Rather than attempting to clarify and spelling out your driving history, please consult with an attorney. That is far...
Can I ignore a collection agency's letter for a DWI accident?
Hi, I hit a parked car at night after driving drunk (terrible mistake which I will regret for a long time to come). I was charged with a DWI and recently pled guilty (level 5). My other charges were dropped by the prosecuter as part of the deal and he didn't even mention to the judge that I hit a car. Almost a year after the accident, I just received a letter from a collection agency hired by the other person's insurance company I assume (just quoting the amount and no details), oddly along with my license suspension letter from the DMV. My question is, do I have to respond to this letter? At the time, the car was paid for by my family but the owner who lives in another state never transferred the title even after repeatedly requesting them. The car was abandoned in the wreck service agency. I was on my family insurance plan then, and I'd hate to increase their premium by reporting this. On the other hand, I don't have the money to pay them off as I just graduated. What are my options here? Can I just ignore them? Since I have already been sentenced and the other charges dismissed, can they still sue me? Any information would be helpful. Thanks!
No you should not ignore it. Yes they can sue you. You don't seem to dispute that you hit the car while drunk, so if...
