Brother got a DWI in Arkansas 25 yrs ago. been in prison In Missouri ever since. How does he now get his AR drivers license?
He can not remember how many DWI's. Will he have to pay fines or serve jail time before he can get his drivers license? What steps does he take to get his license back?
He would best by served by going to a local revenue office and asking them what they show. Not the normal ladies at the...
What do you have to do to get your license reinstated after a DUI with drugs?
My son received a DUI with drugs in 2016. He took the alcohol class as he was instructed to do and has his certificate. He was told now he has to participate in a MADD class. Is this correct? The driver control said its state law and I can't find it anywhere.
The MADD class is also mandatory. It's actually an administrative regulation. The State law just allows the DFA to...
I am in the national gaurd and I got a dwi what are they going to do?

I had been taking Sudafed and, robutsin for a cold I have been trying to get over with out having to go to the doctor. I am in the national gaurd and I don't know how there going to reprimand me for a false positive that I don't know how to prove.
You could be facing demotion or worse. If you beat these charges they might not punish you. I would get a fingernail...
My daughter in law has a old warrant from Washington state, it was for a failure to have a interlock in her car after a dui,?
She has moved here to Arkansas about 2 years ago & needs desperately to get a legal license here, Washington is saying she needs to come back there & go to court, that is not financially a option. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
Warrants do not go away until they are addressed. Perhaps an attorney in Washington State can help her with it. Once...

How can I find out the probation requirements for possession of fel. drug paraphernalia (meth pipe) in Arkansas
A friend of mine believes she is on house arrest because of being brought to jail for a warrant for fta and suspended drivers license in Missouri and no insurance and cracked windshield in Arkansas while on felony probation in Arkansas for possession of drug paraphernalia. She saw her p.o. and he said .... (her words).. I'm on house arrest, I can only drive to the Dr, court, work, or community service... She has no ankle monitor or anything paperwork to show that she is on house arrest. I think she is mistaken on the understand of what she was told. From what I know about it from past situations and probation requirements for other friends could it be that she has restricted driving privileges and must be driven to( regular) places by someone else? A suspended license And drug paraphernalia charges on one at the same time or acquired separately would understandably require a restricted dl. so could this be it? How do I find out for her, she is frightened and will not ask her p.o. She is in her 40s and first time in trouble with anything. Please let me know of any suggestions or comments that may guid me to answers. Thank you!!
The requirements of her probation will be set by her probation officer. I am not sure her probation officer will talk...
I think there is a loophole in the Arkansas hunting license requirement. Let me know if it is sound legally.
This regards hunting in zone 5 of Arkansas. Arkansas law 15-42-101 says, "Any resident of this state who is required to have a license to hunt or fish and who shall be guilty of hunting or fishing in this state without first having obtained a hunting or fishing license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200)." Would it be correct to say that this somehow doesn't apply to non-residents? Is there another law on the books for non-residents or to make sure one follows the rules set by the game people?
There is reciprocity with other States hunting license system. So kind of like how traffic tickets show up all over...
