As long as you have an interlock installed on it. I'm sure that you are restricted from operating a "motor vehicle"...

I rec'd a felony DUI Jan 2009, priors were 14 and 19 years before then. I got caught up in the Kansas Life Time look back period. The laws are now a 10 year look back (Kansas), although the laws have changed back to a realistic point, they were not when this happened, I doubt anything is retroactive of sorts, but I'm defenseless in a dangerous world. I'm retired military and can't even defend myself or go bird hunting with my kid's and Grand kids, no other serious dings on my record, is there hope or even a loop hole on this past huge error on my part..
