I'm on usupervized probation and got a non complance letter today due to failing a breathalizer. Wasn't drinking the night before. But did use mouth wash and took cold medicine right before the class.. what's going to happen..
Duplicate post. Answers remain the same.
I failed a pre-trial urinary test, what's going to happen
I went to court Nov. 29. I was put on an OR bond because I wanted a public defender present. Another court date was issued for dec. 21. In the mean time I was to stay away from alcohol and any drugs. U.A.'s were put in place until my next court date (Dec. 21).I messed up and had drank alcohol the day before my U.A..
Jail revocation of or bond my guess.
Moving to Washington state from Wyoming with a pending DUI.
I've had plans to leave the state prior to receiving a DUI Oct. 8 in order to start the process of gaining residency in Washington for schooling. My bond does not have travel restrictions, but I am fighting the DUI due to not being breathalyzed or having a blood test performed within two hours of being charged (as the law states for a DUI in WY) and that I wasn't driving when I was picked up. However there's supposedly videos of me driving. I was also drugged and asked 4 times while in jail to have a drug test and rape kit done, something that they never did either. I have a conference call on the 18th of this month and am just curious as how this may stand? I have my new address and work place ready for them so they know where I am in Washington.
Huh? conference call with whom and how would us lawyers have any idea? You are clearly over your head ask your lawyer...
What happens if a 2nd dui occurs 6 days before the sentencing date of 1st dui?
Asking for daughter who's husband was involved in a hit and run dui case in which the sentencing date is this Wednesday, and then got a dui last Friday. He has a history of alcoholism and has been court ordered classes and such. Which as you see do not help. He has been on and off probation for domestic violence also. She did leave him after 1st dui since their 3 children under the age of 5 had to have been in vehicle prior to the hit and run. Kids were dropped off to me me about 5 minutes before accident.
Your question is a bit confusing to me. What happens in what regard? It may effect his sentencing on the first DUI,...
My 19 year old friend got a d.u.i. in Wyoming. They picked him up at his house (he walked there after crashing his car). He wasn
I have s question regarding a d.u.i. in Wyoming. The court date is 4/10/2016
Then ask your question so we can answer. Or better yet ask the attorney handling the case some he would know best
How long can I expect DUI classes to take? Can I transfer from Colorado?
While in Colorado I was convicted of DWAI. I have priors. Colorado has a lifetime lookback so priors from 12 and 15 years ago count for both sentencing and for DUI class length. If I can move back to Wyoming how long can I expect DUI classes to be? My BAC was 0.09. Also will I be able to transfer the 6 months of classes I already took in Colorado?
Why have you posted this six times? Once was more than enough. Moving before you have your license restored will create...
Will I be drug tested on unsupervised probation when I had a non drug related crime?
Ok, I was arrested for driving drunk for the 2nd time. I have accepted a plea agreement for 6 months unsupervised probation, a license suspension, 7 days of jail, and court fee's. I currently have to go to peak wellness, a mental health place, to see if I'm an addict of any sorts. My question is: will I be subject to any drug or alcohol screenings throughout any of this? Or at least what is the likely hood? Does the mental health place have the right to test me? Will the court test me? And/or will I be assigned a probation officer who will test me? And if they do are they only allowed to test for alcohol? I'm not worried about the testing. I will pass, I just think it's wrong to test me for other substances when they were never involved. I believe this is an over step of the government's power and simply a way for them to make more money off the people they convict, a preyes on weakness if you will. Thank you for your time.
Since you have a plea agreement, you either have spoken with the prosecutor or have counsel of your own. Either of...
