A Benton City man was arrested outside a Kennewick car dealership for allegedly pointing a gun at another man during an argument. Police say Miqueas Garcia-Guiterrez, 37, pulled the .32-caliber handgun on a Pasco man during the dispute Wednesday night at Smart Car Leasing and Sales on West Columbia Drive. Comment?

Kennewick police arrested two suspects involved in an assault with a gun at the Smart Car Leasing and Sales in Kennewick Wednesday. Police say a distrubance was reported at the business where 37-year-old Misqueas Garcia-Guiterrez of Benton City allegedly pointed a gun at a 39-year-old Pasco man after an argument. Comment?

The state American Civil Liberties Union will honor a Pasco community group and a Tri-City activist organization for their response to the police shooting of an orchard worker. The ACLU announced Consejo Latino and Tri-Cities Community Solutions will receive the Civil Libertarian Award, which is given out for contributions to civil liberties and justice in the state. A Pasco man was arrested early Saturday morning after he allegedly broke into an apartment a few blocks from the Washington State University campus and raped a woman. The victim was sleeping in her boyfriend's apartment waiting for him to return when Tyler E. Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrests of Nathan T. Quintero, 23, and Jaden F. Quintero, 17. The brothers are wanted in connection with the shooting of George Garcia Thacker, 18, on Oct. 7 near the cable bridge in Pasco.
