Assuming you were convicted of the DUI 20 years ago, you cannot seal or expunge it from your record.
Tested Positive on Confirm Test for Heroin. I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE
After 3 yrs w/ pain dr (always tested clean), on 12/5 my urine was sent out and came back as positive for heroin. I was not informed until 1/12. I was terminated and given 1 month of meds. I don't even know what heroin looks like. I went and got private test, which was negative and brought to new pain dr. He refused to treat me and said the level in old test had to be injected. I HAVE NEVER USED A STREET DRUG. The new pain dr said no dr in FL will treat me and to go to psychiatrist to get suboxine. How can this be? Do I have any recourse? This is disturbing and I don't want my records showing me as a drug addict. Is there anything I can do? Is it true that I will not get another pain dr. for my chronic condition?
Asked this question a couple days ago. See prior answer. Have you tried seeing a new doctor? The idea that no doctor...

What happens if I fail first drug test for teen court?
I was arrested on the charges of loitering and prowling. I took the first drug test and it came back positive for marijuana. I am curios to know what the teen court program will do with my case now. Am I looking at probation, few more drug tests, counseling, or will I be completely kicked out of the teen court program and have to go to juvinile court. If I do have to go to juvinile court what kid of sentence would I get for first offense loitering? I am not to new to these sort of things so I am curios to know what may happen.
I cannot speak to the Bradenton area but in the 305, where I have been primarily practicing for nearly a quarter of a...

Can a misdemeanor judge in Florida modify a sentence if over a year has passed since the completion of probation?
I was convicted of my second DUI in November of 2012. I successfully completed probation and DUI court in January of 2014. During sentencing I was ordered to a interlock device for a term of two year. Can I file a motion for modification of sentence to request that term of the interlock device be reduced or is it to late for that? Alternately, if a judge did want to reduce the term imposed to the interlock, is there anything he could possibly do, or is it also to late for that?
Ignition interlock device is mandatory for one (1) year on a second offense DUI. Judge's can modify conditions of...
