When pulled over I was asked how much I had to drink I said 6 beers from 7pm-1:30am. I suffer from extreme anxiety disorder and when asked to do the pen, and other field tests I couldnt do them because of was having an anxiety attack. Asked for my medication they refused and arrested me for being unable to drive. When arresting me during my attack I told them to give me a breathalyzer, they refused and said i'm going to jail. The EMT was called and was taken to the hospital, 2 1/2 hours of hyperventilating/anxiety attack they gave me an IV of Adavan, officers gave me a citation and I refused a blood draw from them. I don't know what is going to happen, I'm 23, a college student, and I work. I feel like they are going to destroy my life from what I've researched! Help please.

Hi I am a student at the university and i got charged for intoxication. That night i was at a house and i was given a drink by a guy. After only one drink i blacked out. I am pretty sure there was something in that drink, and i believe i got roofied. Later that night I was found by an RA in a condition where i looked intoxicated. How can i tell them that it wasn't my fault because i didn't ''get myself intoxicated''? What would be good proofs? Should I mention the fact that I don't drink, and I've never done it with the purpose of ''getting drunk''? Thank you so much for Your help.

I was recently written up (in lieu of an arrest) for underage possesion of beer I was also cited over two years ago for underage intoxication. I don't know if since I had that prior charge from over two years ago if the possesion charge this time would enable me to need representation while in court this time. I am already planning on entering into the AEP before my court date, but was wondering even if I asked for a continuance, take the class, and pay the fine, if I would still face jail time?
