What do you think is going to happen at my DMV Administrative Hearing?
So, I was pulled over and charged with a second degree dui October, 1. My whole case was dismissed today. I still have to go to my DMV hearing, which is an undetermined date as of now. I'm just wondering what any of you think is going to happen at that hearing? Since, my whole case was dismissed, shouldn't I automatically have my license reinstated? Since the traffic stop wasn't a legal stop, hence the dismissal, I would never have had my license revoked in the first place? I'm just trying to not go into the hearing blind. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you to anybody who answers or sheds any advice!

Is it legal to have passengers in the cargo area of a pickup truck in Minnesota?
On October, 1 2016, I was stopped at about 1:18AM. I was bringing my friends home from the bar, and then was going to head home myself and get some sleep before work the next morning. I had four people in the cab of the truck, including myself. Cab seats five. I also had three of my male friends in the cargo area of my truck bed. This was the cops only reasoning for stopping me, he said I did complete stop and was driving fine otherwise. I did FST's and PBT (.111) then blew .10 at station. I was very nice and cooperative. Charged with 2nd degree DUI now (2 priors: 2009 and 2010). I guess my question is, was that probable cause enough to pull me over? It was too dark out and my windows are tinted for him to see if all seats/belts were used.As far as I know, MN has no state laws saying it's illegal to have people back there?
I agree. I don't think there is any law prohibiting people from riding in the back of the pick up truck. However, the...
My daughter got a DUI. Her license has been revoked. I'm a DAV with mobility problems. Can she can a restricted license?
I'm a disabled veteran. My 29 year old daughter lives with me. She does the shopping and just got a Job. Is there any way she can get a limited license that won't cost a lot? I can drive her sometimes, but like right now I'm in a Lupus flare and can't. This is her first DWI. She's being charged with a gross misdemeanor.

How long will a dui stay on my driving record in Minnesota does it change anything if I was 16?
So I was 16 years old and I received a DUI of alcohol, let's not mistake this for a DWI, how long will the dui stay on my record and my driving record? I live in Minnesota, I am currently 19 going on 20.
Mistake it for a DWI? What's the difference? In Minnesota, DWI/DUIs are permanent unless the court grants an expungement.
