So I was 17 when I got a DUI, and I was told I would be charged as an adult and to wait for my letter when I turned 18 I got the letter saying that my case has been changed to the adult courts and I will be getting a court date soon, so It almost been two years since my DUI July 6, 2012….and I have no got any letter or information on my DUI, I called the courts twice and they said they have no records of me. what does this mean and what do I do?
I would not suggest you do anything. It is up to the state to actually charge you and it sounds like they have not done...
I was pulled over for DUI over a year ago. I went to court where my blood was dropped but nothing has gone further since. I was wondering if I still need to click that that I have criminal pending charges on an application.
It sounds unlikely that the case is still pending, but I would suggest you contact the court to see if it is still...
I got pulled over and was driving on a suspended license, they performed a sobriety test with malfunctioning equipment and I was only with socks on gravel for the heel to toe test. The motorcycle police officer gave me a preliminary breathe test and I blew a .17. They took my blood a hour later and then took me in. My blood came back in 10 days by a verbal agreement I guess from the officer and someone at the lab, but nothing in writing yet. So they indicted me and me and my attorney have been fighting it since, prosecutors have not budged and are giving me the only option of 1 to 3.75 yrs. in prison. A few things that still haven't been answered was the vacutainer shelf exp date and the way the police handled the blood. If exp can the blood be challenged to get a better plea? Can I remove
Speak to an AZ DUI lawyer immediately. 1-3.75 years state prison for a DUI with no accident?? I'm not an AZ attorney...
I received one 17 years ago and was wondering if it would still be there.
A DUI conviction is on your record forever in arizona as a criminal offense. there can be two types a misdemeanor (...
I'm worried they may find marijuana in my system and/or the reading may come back higher than the breathalyzer.
I don't think the prosecutor or judge will know what an appropriate sentence is without having that critical piece of...
I am 20 years got pulled over for running a pedestrian light because I was shielding my eyes from the setting sun, and I didn't know I had to stop (they don't have them where I'm from). The cop saw that there was a can of beer in my cupholder (not mine) and made me do a breathalyzer. I drank one beer about 3 hours prior but somehow blew a .03. I got charged with running the red, passenger possession, minor driving, and under 21 liquor in body. Would getting a lawyer increase my chances of getting this off my record? This is my first offense, I'm a good student and have a clean record otherwise. Please let me know if there's anything I can do.
It is absolutely in your best interest to get an attorney to protect your record.

You have asked this twice. But absolutely you want an attorney
