A Santee man has been charged as an accessory after the fact of murder, following his brother's conviction for slaying an Orangeburg man whose body was found in a burned truck. Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell tells local media that 25-year-old Jason Glover was charged Monday after he admitted under oath to helping his brother, 27-year-old Leroy Glover, dispose of a body. Authorities in Lexington County say former South Carolina running back Demetris Summers has been arrested on drug, gun and child-conduct charges The Lexington County Sheriff's Department says the 31-year-old Summers was charged Friday with trafficking and distributing drugs, possessing a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, possessing a stolen weapon and unlawful conduct toward a child. We weren't in Eutawville, S.C. back in May 2011 when 54-year-old Bernard Bailey allegedly stormed into the office of town police chief Richard Combs to complain about his daughter getting a ticket for a busted vehicle tail light. So we have no way of knowing what transpired between these two men and Combs wasn't wearing a camera so All we know is Bailey was shot twice in the chest by Combs outside of the office following a scuffle. Comment?
