Can you get your pa real estate license if you have a criminal record?
I have a felony PWI drug conviction that I was certified as an adult for in 1997. I have a general impairment dui (nothing in my blood, douchebag "FORMER" cop's opinion that i was impaired) in 2005 and 2-3 summary offenses that I cant find on the docket for disorderly conduct. The drug charge I own but the other charges are part of this BS county. I am enrolled in real estate classes in september but someone mentioned that they heard you can not get licensed because of a felony conviction. Everything you look up online is iffy and unclear, so figure Id try this. If you can help out, Id appreciate it.
I am not sure about the felony as it does not reflect on your honesty. The Real Estate Commission states the following:...
Is it considered harassment if you restrain someone who is drunk and punches a woman and other men?
This is about my husband. We were at a family gathering, all of a sudden we hear my sister's neighbor yelling. He was extremely intoxicated and wanted one of my family members to move there car out of the way so he could get buy but as my family member said he was moving it this drunk neighbor punched him a argument broke out. The drunk neighbor also had a wife with him. There was about 15 people at out family gathering this was including young children. Anyways to fast forward a bit, my husband saw this huge drunk neighbor punch one of the women I'm the face so he jumped in an restrained him asking him repeatedly are you done yet? After he answered yes my husband let him go. The cops were called but my husband chose not to talk to them, he didn't want involved, Friday he received a summons for summary case non traffic the charges being harassment in the mail. The officer wrote that my husband pushed or shoved to ground, that never happened. my husband is pleading not guilty but is very upset over this. Could he be found guilty?
Harassment, at least in my state, can also include the "unwanted or offensive touching" of another individual....
Interlock system and not had a license for 10 years
It's been 10 years since dui. The interlock was the sentence. But choice not to get my license. Its been exactly 10 years. Question will they still require it ? Even after 10 years?
You made a conscious decision to not get your license. In all likelihood, you have to do what was required back then....
What can I do if Anything?
I asked this question earlier. This was not my criminal case. This was my DUI Refusal appeal. I recently had my DUI refusal hearing against Pendot to appeal my license suspension and lost which I expected . The arresting officer was there. On the stand he said he performed the field sobriety tests to me. I refused the first two the standing on one leg and walking straight line because we were on a hill which he stated on the stand. I let an officer perform the HGN test while in my car and outside my car. The thing is the officer in court never performed any or asked me to, it was another officer who asked to do all 3 who was not in court. The officer in court said he performed the HGN test himself and showed my eye twitch. Knowing there is a video tape that the police still have that shows this would this be considered perjury and is there anything I can do to appeal or anything . Thank You
The statutory refusal case is a refusal to undergo a breathalyzer or blood test, not field sobriety testing.. If...

Was this a preliminary hearing or a trial. Was the video requested in discovery? Was the issue of the wrong officer...
Will I be charged?
I was pulled over by state police for swerving which i don't think i was. I refused the field sobriety tests and portable breathalyzer. I was not slurring or swaying or anything on camera and he only said he smelled alcohol and l was arrested only because refusal. In the back of the cop car he was asking to search vehicle and if i would still take the tests and i declined and he had the car towed. I was never taken to barracks to take the other breathalyzer. The trooper just drove me to my fathers house afterwards. Will I still be charged or was he cutting me a break (asking because i knew trooper through mutual friends) ? And does the refusal still count if it was the portable one? It's been 7 days since the incident and still haven't heard anything. My attorney was interested when he asked me if i was taken to barracks or not and told me just to wait and see if they do anything.
