    Riverside County Sheriff's detectives investigated on Saturday, Oct. 20 the death of a man found inside a home in the rural community of Nuevo, near Perris, and a large amount of marijuana on the property. Deputies responded to a shots fired call at 10:30 p.m Thursday near the 22500 block of Porter Street where they found a man dead inside a home, according to Sheriff's Sgt.

    A family is mourning a 29-year-old mother of three, who died along with her unborn child after colliding head-on with a suspected DUI driver over the weekend. Krystil Kincaid was driving her Chrysler minivan north on Warren Road around 8:30 p.m. Sunday when a BMW heading southbound veered into her lane and struck her between Devonshire and Esplanade avenues in the Southern California city of Hemet, according to Hemet police.

    A motorist who police say was under the influence when he crashed his BMW head-on into another car in Hemet, leaving the other driver with likely fatal injuries, was being held Monday in lieu of $50,000 bail. Marcos A. Forestal, 28, of Burbank, was arrested Sunday night and booked into the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning on suspicion of felony DUI resulting in injuries.
