Do I have a case if for years you do routine testing and are told that the results are ok but looking at your previous results .
My health insurance carrier provide all Dr. appointment, test done, prescriptions etc. It show what the results are and what they should be and it looks to me that the condition has been present for years when I've had the test done repeated over time and was told everything is fine. Eventually I think it WILL be life threatening when measures could have been taken to prevent.

My husband just ot his second DUI. Will he have to do jail time?
My husband just got his 2nd DUI. His first was 6 years ago in NH (while he was in the NAVY). This DUI was in CT (where we currently live). He completed the alcohol course and all other manadtory consequences for the first DUI (he did not recieve any jail time). His 2nd DUI has been dropped down to a first offense but the prosecutor is still recommending 60 days of jail time. Will the judge most likely rule this or is there a possibility to fight for less jail time, home confinement or a rehab program instead of incarceration? We are both terrified of him having to go to jail. He is currently a full time student on the GI bill.
Have you talked to a DUI/DWI attorney and explored the possibility that your husband may not have to be convicted at...

I was hit by a drunk driver and so far have no serious injuries, should I get a lawyer?
I was recently hit head-on by a driver who was drunk. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and x-rayed, but didn't suffer any broken bones or serious immediate injuries. I was out of work for 3 days, plaus time I have spent out of work for follow up dr's visits, etc. I still have issues such as soreness, bruising, and back pain, as well as nightmares and problems with anxiety and nervousness. My car was totalled. Is this a case where it would be smart to hire a lawyer to be sure that I get the maximum compensation from the other party's insurance agency? It has been about a week and it has been difficult for me to obtain police reports, etc. pertaining to my case- would it be smarter to just get a lawyer?
Short answer, yes. A major impact collision is not something to be left to a layman. Seek counsel.
I plead guilty on friday, and know I have to do 48 hours in jail. Will they take me to jail right then?
