We are waiting for the Judge's decision from the trial, mother has become more unstable since the trial. Can we still file a motion to change and/or stop the visits or do we have to wait til a decision has been made on our case?

I pulled into a bar parking lot in a space, and a drunk driver backed out after I was stationary. It scraped the car and caused damage. I was also charged with refusing the breath test. All charges were dropped except the DUI yet when I visit the BMV site they have me suspended for over two (2) years instead of (1) one. Is this a mistake or what. If not can I fix it.
If this was your 2nd DUI in 6 yrs, and you refused a breath test, then you would be under a 2 year refusal suspension...
Since i got the last dui ive been back active in aa with sober support and a sponsor. I have 3 children and work 35 hours a week making minimum wage in order to afford a house we just moved into 2 weeks ago. I just seperated from my husband and let all the hurt add up until i drank myself into oblivion and attempted to drive home so id make it to work the next day. Do i have options of not going to jail or treatment if there were no convictions in the last six years and ive already decided i need aa back in my life for good?
