Hi, I got my DUI case resolved, my requirements were to take a MADS class and DNA. I missed both of those. What can I do now?
How can I avoid getting a probation violation ? My lawyer doesn't wanna help me out at all. Please help
There is also an alcohol class. If you missed all of the above, there may already be a warrant out for your arrest. You...
How to re open a case...Charged with two DUIs at once
Hi, a couple years ago I was convicted of DUI & they charged me with two duis at once, because I would not submit to testing until I got to the station. I was told if I plead guilty I would get out of jail sooner so I did. I now need my license back but they want me to take an 18 month multiple offender course, I only have one DUI. I was drunk & they charged me with two at once. How can I re open my case & have them fix the error? Thank you
Move the court to withdraw your plea.
Will one misdemeanor DUI conviction prevent me from obtaining a Chinese VISA to study abroad this summer 2016?
Received a misdemeanor DUI and got convicted 4 months ago. No other criminal records other that one DUI conviction. Completed the 3mo. first offender program, AA/ MADD meetings, and paid all the fines already, currently just on informal probation. There is an opportunity to study abroad in China over this summer, an a Chinese VISA is required. How does the background check process work in this case? Will my situation hinder me from obtaining the Chinese VISA to study abroad?
Recommend you contact the State Department and/or a Chinese Consulate.

When am I eligible for a restricted license after first offense DUI but second DMV suspension?
License suspended in prior DMV action (over 21), but never prosecuted in court, so no conviction. Now I'm looking at another DUI, and DMV has suspended for one year already. If I plead to a first DUI Conviction, when can I get a restricted license? thanks, Robert in OC
If this is a 2d APS suspension, but first time conviction, the 1 year suspension is hard. No restricted license allowed...
URGENT: DUI AND TRAVELING TO CANADA NOV 23
I must travel for work reasons to Canada on the 23rd of November (really soon). I work in marketing strategy and part of my work is doing consumer ethnographies. I have a Wet reckless (DUI arrest) in the USA and I hold a Spain passport. The arrest happened in 2013 and i have completed all the "sentenced" things (DUI program, MAD panel, etc). Anyway, i read that i need a TRP (Travel resident PERMIT) since i have a criminal record. Usually takes a lot of time to obtain one.My urgent doubt is that I read online that they give TRP's at the point of entry as a new rule for first time visitors for urgent stuff like work/family etc.. Since i am a week and a few days away from my travel dates,im thinking of doing that. Is the rule still applicable? Will immigration take a lot of time to process?
The reality is this is a coin flip. I have clients that pass through with DUI convictions and or felony convictions....
URGENT: DUI HISTORY AND MUST TRAVEL FOR WORK TO CANADA - HELP
I must travel for work reasons to Canada on the 23rd of November (really soon). I work in marketing strategy and part of my work is doing consumer ethnographies. I have a Wet reckless (DUI arrest) in the USA and I hold a Spain passport (european union doesn't require Visa). The arrest happened in 2013 and i have completed all the "sentenced" things (DUI program, MAD panel, etc). Will it take a lot of time to get the trip issued at immigration? (I don't want my coworkers to have to wait for me...and hence be late to our first ethnography meeting.) Please reply asap! I will really really appreciate it. I need to confirm this to my boss so that tomorrow he can find a replacement for me. Any info will be hugely appreciated!
