my mother was in an accident and was charged with a dui.
no injures, but its her second one in 5 months..and was on probation with no license.
served 3 days in jail and was out on bail..
how much time do you think she will get?
Better to consult an experienced DUI attorney in the area where your mother was arrested for the new DUI. Each county...
I just had my insurance file Sr with the div so i can get my license back ( I also finished the DUI class and they are sending proof of completion as well ) My question is do i need to have the Sr paper in my car with me at all times also or does it just need to be on div record for 3 years ? A buddy told me i need to also have it in the car with me at all times but i thought it would be better to ask here . Thanks
You don't need it in your car. It does, however, need to be with the DMV for 3 years.
for more evidence and mail me for a new court date if the going to charge anything.
