I've had several DUI's dating back to 1992 (some are so old I don't honestly remember). My last DUI conviction was in March of 2005 and I"m attempting to get a hardship license however, IL has placed a lifetime revocation and it is on an NDR. I attempted to apply for relief sending in paperwork showing I've completed 2 years of after care, etc. etc., and still nothing. Is there anything I can do? I have not been a resident of IL since 1998. My Indiana license still shows as Valid but it is expired...should I just attempt to see if Indiana will reissue my license?
