I did complete my sentencing and probation. However, I did have a subsequent dwi arrest that I plead guilty to 3 years later. My problem is when potential employers view my background they usually are okay with the DUI, but they can't overlook the deadly conduct. It's as if it would have been better to plea guilty to the DUI, instead of taking the lesser charge of deadly conduct with a motor vehicle. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.
If you pled guilty and were convicted then you cannot get it expunged. If it was a deferred adjudication probation...

Arrest for DWI was made outside arresting officers jurisdiction...he did not follow the below law, what will happen? (d) A peace officer who is outside his jurisdiction may arrest, without warrant, a person who commits an offense within the officer's presence or view, if the offense is a felony, a violation of Chapter 42 or 49, Penal Code, or a breach of the peace. This below did not happen... A peace officer making an arrest under this subsection shall, as soon as practicable after making the arrest, notify a law enforcement agency having jurisdiction where the arrest was made. The law enforcement agency shall then take custody of the person committing the offense and take the person before a magistrate in compliance with Article 14.06 of this code.

I do not know what the question is. You only gave facts.
The county cop followed my buddy into another county, there was no hot pursuit as he followed him a half mile into the the other county and had many opportunities to pull him over but didn't put his lights on until a half mile into the other county after he turned into his neighborhood and went through three stop signs/intersections, the cop is new to the department and thought he was in his county as he acknowledged that in his report. Everywhere in the report he states the arrest was made in his county when actually he was in another county. Also, shouldn't the cop turned my buddy over to the proper authorities and charged in the county where the stoop/arrest was made? There was also no reason to pull him over as he barely drifted on the right white line, there was no crime committed.
I'm giving you the code sections below. The offense for which the officer stopped your buddy arguably (and by the time...
