An indictment was handed down last month against Justin David Beatty, 25, of Madison for possession of obscene matter. The charge stems from an August 2012 charge of possessing pornographic materials of a person under the age of 17. Initially sent to Madison County's Pre-trial Intervention Program, Beatty was kicked out of the program in April for failing to apply and failing to meet the requirements of the program. Comment?
