Effect of wife getting a DWI/DUI on my class A license?
My wife has been taking chances this summer that I don't agree with concerning drinking and driving. If she was to get pulled over and got one or the other how would that affect my class A license? My understanding is that she would lose her license for one month and we would get "whiskey plates" that are not removable for one year on both vehicles unless you sell it to a non family member. Both vehicles are titled to the both of us.
Depending upon her prior record, and whether she refuses or tests at 0.08 or more, the police could seize and...

DWI not able to be expunged? State of Minnesota
In February, of 2005 I was convicted and plead guilty to (DWI) Driving While Intoxicated in the State of Minnesota. From what I have read,(http://www.mncourts.gov/forms/public/forms/Criminal_Expungement/EXP101.pdf) DWI convictions are not eligible to be expunged in the state of Minnesota. Since the Incident, I have completed inpatient addition treatment, and have been sober for nearly 6 years. I am now 25 years old and would like to know if I have any options at all. I feel that I have been rehabilitated since the conviction and could demonstrate this in court if need be. Thank you for your time and Help. -Rob

Is it possible to plead my case and/or fight a b-card? Thank you for your response.
If a person's situation falls within the criteria provided by Minnesota law, then they will only be able to get a "no...
