For a felony DUI ?
Can I ask A judge to reduce fines and fees after prison?
Unfortunately unless you were given higher than statutory fines the judge wouldn't be able to reduce them. Likewise if...
Can she be charged with a Aggravated DUI?
My wife got into a car accident and was accused of being under the influence of alcohol. Which she blew 0.00 and she was asked if she did any drugs, and she said no and agreed to do a hair follicle test, all tests came back clean. When going to the hospital she did a blood test and it came back clean with the exception of high blood pressure medicine. Two kids were in the car during the accident.
Doubtful. The State has the burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that her driving was impaired to the slightest...
How should you plead if you get a DUI on the reservation to avoid going to jail?
My stepdaughter got a DUI on the reservation in Scottsdale, AZ, had her car impounded, and did not go to jail. How should she plead at the first hearing to avoid going to jail? And is it necessary for her to have representation?
Thank you for the questions and comments. The prosecution of non-community (Indian community) defendants can be tricky....
Can I become a foster parent in Arizona with a DUI on my record?
I got a DUI last year and have made several lifestyle changes since then. I am interested in fostering in Arizona. Despite my poor decision from last year, I have a stable job and home and believe that I would be a great person to foster a child. Will my DUI prevent me from doing so?
I doubt that a misdemeanor dui would prevent you from being a candidate for Fostering a child. Be honest on your...

This is my first offence and im terrified....
First, if you can't trust your attorney you need to get a new one. That person is the one that should be answering all...
Should I expect a good outcome after being pulled over for speeding / DUI and being let go an hour later?
I was pulled over for speeding and later found to be enough over the limit to have it called an extreme dui. However after about an hour or less of being asked typical questions at the police station and having my blood and fingerprints taken I was let go and told I could pick up my car in front of a bar which one of the officers drove it to. I was made to feel like this isn't serious but it is to me. I was very coherent and want to understand if the officers were lenient with me because I was being polite or if this is normal?? Why would they put my car in front of a bar then allowed to get the key hours later? I'm grateful I didn't go to jail or had my car impounded but I'd like to know if this is a good sign of sorts?
The fact that they gave you back your keys and let you drive your car home is very unusual. However they still...
How can I maximize this situation of being hit by a drunk driver, and can any attorney help me?
I was hit by a drunk driver at the end of October. My car was totaled and now I'm without a vehicle. I saw a doctor once immediately after but no more. The driver was charged with a DUI, and hit two other vehicles as well. I have two jobs and no way to get to either of them besides using uber which can get expensive. My injury adjuster will no longer answer my calls and messages and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I did not ask to be put in this position, and now my jobs are in jeopardy and I'm struggling.
The question you are asking is best served for a civil or personal injury attorney. Criminal restitution can be part of...
