Can I be charged with a 3rd offense DUI?
The first time was dismissed and I pleaded to careless operation. The second time I pleaded first offense and it was expunged later. 7 years later I get charged with third offense.
Not if your first offense was dismissed. DA's make mistakes, hire a local DUI lawyer to fight the alleged prior.

What should I expect the penalties are from my 1st DWI in Louisiana
I was pulled over and I blew a .093 on the breathalyzer. This is my first DWI and I go to court next week, I'm really very nervous about what to expect. Will I still be eligible for DACA Renewal if I was arrested for DWI but never convicted?
I was driving "buzzed" and speeding so I was arrested, immediately I called my lawyer and he recommended PTI, an one year program so my dwi would never go into my record, I completed the program and i was not convicted, I have all the papers and certifications that shows the program completed. Would they deny my Renewal? Should I get a immigration lawyer or send the application myself? If i send the application on my own should I send the proof that shows I wasn't convicted in the beginning or later on if it gets denied?
You will still need to disclose the arrest. That one year "program" could still be considered a "conviction" for...
How do you get charged with 2 3rd offense DUI's? What exactly does reinstating original bond mean and how do I get him released?
I have a friend that was arrested on 04/19/2016. He has 2 charges that are exactly the same, each with a $20,000 bond. In June 2014, he was arrested and convicted of 2 DUI offenses. On 02/28/2015, he was charged with 3rd offense DUI. I can't find anything showing him being arrested on that charge. On 09/26/2015, he was arrested and charged with 3rd offense DUI. On 01/07/2016, court documents reflect him being in DWI Court. On 04/19/2016, court documents reflect that "the Court vacates the judicial release, reinstates the defendant's original bond and orders the defendant taken into custody."
