Can I get a Notary License in California if I got a DUI two years ago?
It was an accident, no one else was involved, I was not arrested, but the cop came to the hospital and I blew a .16. I was give a sentence and thought I took care of everything but a part of my fine went unpaid, resulting in a bench warrant. I was picked up and released with a promise to appear. I went to court and was given new terms. I am still on probation and still paying off the fine. Aside from this, I have no other blemishes on my record. This was also my first DUI.
Your question is not a criminal defense question. It is a licensing attorney question. The best licensing attorney is...

I am a legal permanent resident of US. I have two DUI . Travelling overseas. Any concerns while coming back to the US
I am actually repeating the question that I asked yesterday. I want to more specific this time. I got a DUI in Sep 2010 , I finished traffic school and paid the fine. Unfortunately I got another DUI in Sep 2012 while on probation. I had a good lawyer so I didnt get any jail time. I am still doing Traffic School for that. I am a legal permanent resident and I got my Green Card in middle of 2011 after my first conviction. I had lost my Green Card so I applied for I-90 to get my GC replaced. At that time my lawyer said that I should tell USCIS that i have two DUI convictions. I still was able to get my new GC. I am planning a trip back to my home country. Can I be deemed inadmissible because of my two DUIs? Please advice. Both DUIs were simple DUIs with no accident involved.
The answer I gave you the first time still remains in full force. Once again: no, you will not be deemed inadmissible...

Don't worry. While they can "question" you, "they " cannot stop yup from being readmitted to the US. A single DUI...
