Newport Beach police detectives say the arrest of two men and a woman in Laguna Canyon on Wednesday has netted a trio believed to be responsible for at least 15 burglaries across Orange County. Laguna Beach police arrested Hugo Fernando Gonzalez and Anthony Vargas, both 21, and Evelyn Yvette Gudino, 26, after a chase through Laguna Canyon. Comment?
