Can I become a registered nurse with two prior dui arrest
I am thinking about enrolling in school to become RN. However I am very concerned to get denied my license because of my criminal background , I was arrested in New Jersey back in 2009 for failaiure to maintain lanes, refusal to take breathalyzer and dui. All the charges were dropped except the refusal and in 2012 was arrested for refusal and dui, no action were taken on the refusal after I provide the motor vehicle judge with proof of my asthma but I was convicted with dui. I live in Ohio and I am willing to work with an attorney to fix this issue

Will I be facing future felony drug charges other than my dui charge and how severe could it be?
I was arrested on the 8th this month on a dui charge. I had totalled my vehicle after hitting a cub and running into a telephone pole. I tried to limp my car forward to the curb a little but it broke down and officers had arrived as I was getting out of my car. I was charged with dui, although I refused to blow or take a urine test. When they cuffed and searched me they found 2 bottles of xanax, I believe it is a schedule 4 drug, but I wasn't given a ticket for it nor was I charged for it. The officer did write on my ticket "narcotics found on person".This will be my second dui. My first was 9 years ago, but I have never had any drug charges
You have a very high chance of getting indicted on felony drug possession in the near future. Hire an experienced...
How can someone be charged with ovi and child endangerment with no positive test ?
If you get pulled over and they assume your under the influence of drugs and or alcohol, they do a field sobriety and you pass, they decide to arrest you and take you to the police station for urine test, they do test and states that it takes 2 weeks for results, you get bailed out for 2400 dollars . Then they set an arraignment date for court. How can you be charged with a crime with no positive reading on the test?
They don't need much to charge you. You should hire an attorney, today.
Can I clean my record if I have multiple misdemeanors for possession of marijuana, as well as a DUI.
11 years ago I was arrested a couple of times for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. 4 years ago I was convicted of a DUI. I would like to move on with my career and am wondering if I'm able to clear my record of some of the charges. The Hamilton County clerk of courts shows not only the charges I was convicted of, but all the charges I was ever issued regardless if a judge found me guilty for them or not. I'm hoping someone can help guide me through the process of cleaning my record up a bit. I know the guidelines for qualifying for expungment can be finicky, and having multiple counts to my name I'm not sure what path to pursue.
You are probably not going to eligible. But, let's go through the steps to find out. First, forget about the DUI and...
Attorney Violates Code Of Ethics, No Legal Repurcussions?
If an licensed attorney violates the Code of Professional Responsibility, and as the result of this, they influenced a case. According the the OSBA, this could lead to infractions or disciplinary hearings involving the lawyer, where they can be sanctioned, or have there law license suspended. However, it also states that whatever the results of there investigation, it will NOT affect a case. How is this so? If an attorney willfully does something they are not supposed to do, and they directly had an impact on the case, why can't the disciplinary process recommend actions to take place on the case, instead of bringing an Appeal to the State Courts? We are dealing in 2 areas here, one is that the lawyer has to abide by there code of ethics, and two, as a result of this, no common legal error can be asserted in state courts. This makes absolutely no sense at all.
If an attorney violated the Code of Ethics make a complaint to the local bar. If it affected your case then speak to...
