Jamesburg Law

I completed all idrc requirements and 2 years after that they want me to go to aa meetings for 8months nowhere can I find that this is part of the penalty for a second dwi charge. I did the 16 week program they lost paperwork so I did it again and they lost paperwork again. I have the receipts and proof I do program the second time and now they are also trying to make me do that also again. I feel they are targeting me as when I call idrc and they here my name they hang up everytime. There is a little more to this but that is the jist of it. I would like to know and find an attorney who thinks and would like to pursue a case against the idrc program. I do understand you do have to work together but targeting me is not right either. I have never been nasty or rude to anyone at these program
In order to be restored, you must be compliant with IDRC. If your substance abuse evaluation indicates that you have...

You risk possible extension of suspension of your license and jail time if you do not comply with the IDRC requirement....
Maybe my 2nd offense
I believe by the question you already know the answer.
I received a ARD/DUI in PA for a .03 BAC and a trace of a benzopedime (I can't even spell it correctly), that I had taken as a sample from my psychiatrist. PA Blood Test .05 BAC .well below therapeutic levels. My lawyer sent his partner, did no discovery, and didn't get case thrown out. The officer's report. and apparently so full of hole's and I learned the PA Code to where I was ready to represent myself. ADA offered ARD-done I take two medications, one for ADHD, another for anxiety. I was pulled over on NJ Turnpike at 7:30AM, tired, but by no means under the influence of anything for speeding. It was 15 degrees out and I passed each field test shivering. A DRE examined me for two hours and I passed each test. High pulse. Urine sample taken-chain of custody can be tossed, honest rx
DREs present junk science at best. Is there video in your case? Check out the lawyer profiles for someone with...
I use narcotics recreationally; however, not at 9 am on my way to court to act as a witness in a lawsuit case. I was involved in a car accident, my fault, I know my urine will come up dirty but how can that prove that I was driving under the influence? I just don't understand the statue. At no time was I slurring my speech. I did have a difficult time with the field sobriety test but I was also just in a high impact collision. I smacked my head on the steering wheel and was bleeding and complaining of pain in my collar.
Hire a local attorney as soon as possible. The criminal case could also affect the personal injury case that you may...
I got arrested for a DUI a few months ago and blew a .19 I know it was extremely high but I have quit drinking and have not drank since the arrest. I am determined make this my only offense. During the trial I was attending a detox program recognized by IDRC but the fees became ridiculous. After the trial I found a therapist who is Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor refereed from my psychiatrist who currently prescribes me anxiety medication all through my insurance so I got rid of the detox program. I have been compliant with my new LCDW. The problem is my LCDW isn't recognized by IDRC. My question is how can I avoid being sentenced to 16 week detox program?I make minimum wage and currently part time and the fines wiped me out financially. I have no problem with providing a urine test
The IDRC program will keep you out of jail. I highly recommend you find a way to go to it, and KEEP your sobriety,...
