How long can I expect DUI classes to take? Can I transfer from Colorado?
While in Colorado I was convicted of DWAI. I have priors. Colorado has a lifetime lookback so priors from 12 and 15 years ago count for both sentencing and for DUI class length. If I can move back to Wyoming how long can I expect DUI classes to be? My BAC was 0.09. Also will I be able to transfer the 6 months of classes I already took in Colorado?
Why have you posted this six times? Once was more than enough. Moving before you have your license restored will create...

Will I be drug tested on unsupervised probation when I had a non drug related crime?
Ok, I was arrested for driving drunk for the 2nd time. I have accepted a plea agreement for 6 months unsupervised probation, a license suspension, 7 days of jail, and court fee's. I currently have to go to peak wellness, a mental health place, to see if I'm an addict of any sorts. My question is: will I be subject to any drug or alcohol screenings throughout any of this? Or at least what is the likely hood? Does the mental health place have the right to test me? Will the court test me? And/or will I be assigned a probation officer who will test me? And if they do are they only allowed to test for alcohol? I'm not worried about the testing. I will pass, I just think it's wrong to test me for other substances when they were never involved. I believe this is an over step of the government's power and simply a way for them to make more money off the people they convict, a preyes on weakness if you will. Thank you for your time.
Since you have a plea agreement, you either have spoken with the prosecutor or have counsel of your own. Either of...

Can cops write down different size pupil diameters on the dark room test administered as part of the DRE (DUI)
I was arrest for Driving Under the Influence of a controlled substance in Wyoming. On the dark room eye check portion of the paperwork I got from my lawyer it states that one pupil was 0.5 larger than the other. Wouldn't this be indicative of head trauma or stroke? Or is this a normal finding?
It is what it is and your lawyer will know how to handle it. No one can say if it might be a different medical issue...

What are the penalties I could be facing for my dui case and will wyoming's wash out period be applied?
I've lived in Wyoming for two years. I only have a Colorado drivers license. I was just arrested for a dui in wyoming. I have 2 previous duis from over 10 years ago in Colorado which were run concurrent.
This would be a first offense DUI in Wyoming, based upon the facts you stated above. Penalty for first offense is a...
