Police said Williams began tickling the victim and wrestling with her, eventually lying down on her. The Iowa City Police Department responded to the area around McDonalds at 804 S Riverside Drive for a report of a robbery and possible carjacking on Sunday morning around 2:45 a.m. According to the victim, he was walking into the restaurant with a woman when two black men approached him, one showed a handgun, and both suspects ordered the male and female back into his car. Once in the car, the men ordered them to drive into a nearby neighborhood where they proceeded to order the victim to turn over an undisclosed amount of property and/or cash. Comment?
