I WAS EXHAUSTED & TRYING TO GET HOME TO CITRUS COUNTY. THE OFFICER SAID I WAS DRIVING ERRATICALLY. I TOLD HIM I HADN'T HAD A DRINK & WAS JUST TIRED. WHAT CAN I DO NOW. MY ATTORNEY SAYS 3 DUI'S & YOUR OUT. I WASN'T DRUNK. THEY SAID I REFUSED THE BLOOD TEST. I WAS TO TIRED BY THEN TO ARGUE THE POINT. ALREADY OUT $2500. FOR BOND & CAR BEING HELD. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

My alcoholic/ drug addict husband was arrested for his 4th DUI, after I called 911. He refused the breathalyser and passed the roadside test. I know for a fact he drank over 1/2 case of beer, and several hard alcohol shots, all by 2 PM. The State Attorney's office claimed they couldn't prove he was intoxicated and offered him a plea of Aggravated Driving with Alcohol, which he refused and demanded a trial. The State settled for Reckless Driving, time served with no probation. How could this happen? He recently caused two separate accidents where the drivers were critically injured. Who is going to stop this animal before he kills someone?

I recieved my first charge....grand theft with withheld adjudication in martin county, fl, violated my probation for it with the dui in port st Lucie, fl and the dui is now stopping me from sealing my other case which had reinstated probation withheld again....is my only option a pardon....I heard the governor doesn't grant dui pardons.....but its the only way ill be able to seal ans expunge my felony case...
