I am 19 and married to a 22 year old and I was wondering if it i ok for me to go into a bar or casino with him but not drink.

I just got my second dui within 2 years and I am poor. Does this mean I am done fore?
My friends and I walked out of the bar there was about six of us. We were all just BSing and some random guy walks up and starts talking to me about my car and was trying to get us to go to his place and he would show us his classic muscle car. I apparently thought this was a good idea. Not so much! So I ended up doing a little smoke show for all the guys and this guy jumped in my car and said take me to my shop. Apparently there was an office down the street watching the bar. So as I pulled out of the parking lot the cop were on my ass. All friends stayed in the parking lot at amazement of how fast that cop pulled me over. My boyfriend got an MIP two weekends ago for alcohol, what can we do in court without a lawyer?
I'm 18, he's 19. We were drinking at my house with my roommate and her boyfriend. Landlord called the cops. We were all sleeping when cops arrived. My roommate woke me up and the cop asked if i had been drinking. I said yes, he tested my eyes by moving his finger. Said he couldn't prove i had been drinking even though i admitted to. Her boyfriend got my boyfriend out of my room. He denied he was drinking but then failed the eye test. There was beer bottles on the table, but he let me and my roommate, who also passed the test, off with a warning, even though the alcohol was in our house. My boyfriend has court on the 11th. What can he (or I do for him) to get in the least amount of trouble. He really is a good guy, it's unfortunate he was the only one to get an MIP. We really need help
You asked for advice that doesn't involved having a lawyer, so here it it. Have your boyfriend plead "not guilty" and...
Is there a time period in Oregon state that the breath test has to be given to you after the arrest?
The citation says that I was arrested at 1:49am and the between 2:20am and 2:30am.
You're definitely onto something with regard to the importance of timelines. The State must prove you were intoxicated...
If you are arrested do they have to offer you an attorney
I was arrested for a DUII in Oregon. I don't remember them reading my rights or offering me an attorney. On the implied consent combined report it does state if requested, you were given a reasonable opportunity to contact counsel or others. But I thought they had to offer you one.
Unfortunately no. The seminal case is State v Moore, that says the onus is on the arrestee to ask to communicate ("Can...
I received my ordered background check/arrest record and it does not show my DUI arrest from 1997.
Can I say I have no criminal arrests on a job application? Why would my DUI which I did diversion not be on this record?
If you successfully completed a diversion program, then you were not considered to have been convicted of DUII. That's...
