I was arrested in 2004 with my first Dui a wet n wreck less, completing everything to the terms of probation. I then got 2 more duis I recently hired an attorney and he got one of my cases dismissed. but he told me today that the one I have gone to court already and taken a plea from nov 2007, that sacramento county is not willing to meet with him and my only option is to turn myself in.I was reprsented by a public defender and right after I was released from jail on my Dui I admitted myself into a in patient treatment program ehich I completed and still sober to this day. When I went to court public defender office states they never got any paperwork from my treatment program which the program said they for sure sent. and I was sentenced then to 15 days work project and to serve 2 weekend

I have a 2nd dui and did not complete the work project I just paid my fine off. I know that there is a SOC warrant. I have heard there is nothing an attorney can do. And that I just need to go to jail. What if I show up at the sheriff work project? Would there a possibility they might allow me to re sign up? I'm scared to death of jail. This is a old dui been sober for 5 yrs and have not got in trouble since. I need help.

It is hurting my relationship and my family not been able to drive. I am married it now with a new baby and my wife had 2 of her own. My wife doesn't work and she has to drive me back and forth. Sometimes, when baby get sick it becomes very hard or when need to do errants, grocery shopping. This happened two years ago and since then I have not been able to train because no transportation, when ride the bus I come home very late.
