Hall of Famer Warren Sapp took a plea deal Thursday that spares him jail time in a Las Vegas criminal case involving a scuffle with his former girlfriend that began after margaritas at the M Resort swimming pool. A man robbed the cashier cage at the M Resort early Friday morning, and investigators are searching for the suspect, according to Henderson Police. No one was injured in the robbery, which happened about 6 a.m. at the casino, located at 12300 Las Vegas Boulevard South, police said in a news release. Comment?

Pro Football Hall of Famer Warren Sapp won't have to serve jail time in Arizona on charges stemming from his February arrest in a prostitution case, a judge ruled this week. Prosecutors in Phoenix had wanted the former Tampa Bay Buccanners star incarcerated, believing Sapp's June arrest on domestic battery charges in Nevada violated terms of a plea deal. Comment?
