Urgent info,,,,have dui charge first time hit run in Minnesota, was alone and no life was hurt, ,,need subpoena crash report
I certainly don't want jail time, for this charges from that read, know may very well be dropped into petty misdemeanor, hit run doesn't apply since I did peacefull stopped when cop turned sirens, and abided sobriety test,,,wasn't read Miranda rights till after gave breath test, ticket isn't fully accurate details, that's a invalidation case for starters, giving a plea restore damages to the trailer hit from behind may very well drop those charges, leaving an answer if no person was hurt and damage being repaid, who is the victim but me now. Leaving community Service or very low options court try punish me from Texas driver. Please help my case my alcohol time of arrest was 0.18

What are the odds of getting my forfeited vehicle back?
Back in 2007 I was charged with a DWI in Minnesota. It's kind of a tricky story and I ended up getting sentenced with Careless driving. No ONE told me to appeal the MN department of transportation for the revocation of my license. So since they are separate I still have a DWI on my license, but not on my record. Too bad I was young and naive and didn't know that because a few weeks ago I got another DWI and blew a .20. They forfeited my vehicle since this is my supposed 2nd DWI within ten years. What are the chances, if I appealed the forfeited vehicle, of me getting it back? The vehicle is only worth about $2500. Or would it just be easier to try it back at auction?
You might consider hiring an attorney to defend you on the present charge; it is serious, and to correct the record.

I received a dui in minnesota over a year ago i tried to get reinstated and they told me i had to wait 5 years is that right
i need advice
While I don't practice in Minnesota, this appears excessive unless you have had prior DUI cases.
For arguments sake lets just say dropped dwi and test refusal charges.. how do i get my vehicle back from forfeiture..??
DWI, Test refusal, refused chemical testing, license restriction violation .vehicle forfeiture. charged 1/19/15. Public defender and prosecutor have both been removed and replaced..it is now 2/10/2016 All charges except license restriction violation are dropped..discovery still not provided, to date.. Obviously corrupt prosecutor and public defender, collaboration withholding evidence..etc.. What happens to my vehicle..Obviously no advice from former public defender.. lien holding bank was never notified about the forfeiture either..Yet No one will say anything other than "Its a civil matter" The last charge will be dropped or thrown due to spoilage and or evidence tampering.police misconduct , so where is my vehicle and how do i get it back.. who do i sue??
