Can I apply for a Medical Marijuana License in the state of Colorado if I have been recently convicted of DUI?
I was convicted of DUI 3/15/17. I blew .143 and received supervised probation along with 3 random UA's per month. If I have a medical card and I fail the marijuana test of the UA I have read that I am exempt so long as no other drugs or alcohol are detected. Can I apply for a Medical Marijuana License in the state of Colorado if I have been recently(within 2 months) convicted of DUI (alcohol)?
Greetings: You may apply and be granted a registry card by the State of Colorado without regard to the recent DUI...
I have DWAI in Colorado from 2004.I checked my criminal record at CBI and it shows charged with DUI.Who can fix the discrepancy?
The clerk at the County court where I was convicted printed and certified the copy of the DWAI guilty plea sentence. She did not know how to help me fix this with Colorado Bureau of Investigation . I asked the sheriff department and didn't get an answer either. This is really important matter to me and I want my criminal record to be fixed. Who can help? Thank you
Its late so I don't have the info handy but contact CBI and they will correct it with the documents that you have.

How long can the court continue extending a court date for blood test results not being back yet?
My son has a ticket for DUI in CO but wasn’t arrested. He was taken to the hospital, had blood drawn then taken home. His court date was about one month later. When he went to court they told him the blood test results weren’t back and to come back in 30 days. He went back yesterday and they said the results were not in and to come back in 30 days. How long can this go on?
The prosecutor has six months, after a plea of not guilty has been entered, to bring your son to trial. If your son...
I was pulled over for a DUI and failed a roadside? I don't remember refusing a breathalizer test.
I was pulled over for a DUI and failed a roadside test, was arrested and didn't go to jail but released to a friend. I didn't take the breathalizer test and don't remember being asked to take one - I just agreed to the roadside. I didn't sign any paperwork that said I refused the test, but now a couple of days later the police officer wants me to sign the form that says I refused the test. It says on my arrest that I refused the test and I signed that one, but he wants me to sign a separate affidavit. Should I sign it? or try to fight that I didn't know I was refusing?
You shouldn't sign anything or make any further statements to the police without discussing your case with your...
I was pulled over for a DUI - I failed the roadside, refused the breathalyzer - got released to a person over 21?
I was pulled over for a DUI - I failed the roadside, was arrested, refused the breathalyzer, but was not taken to jail for cooperating and released to a person over 21. They took my license under the express consent law in Colorado - Will I lose my license automatically? How can I get to work?
Assuming you are over 21, by refusing to submit to a blood or breath test the officer would have taken your license and...
