I originally went through jury trial at the city court. I lost that case and was found guilty. I was sentenced to like 40 something days because in final stages they realized I had a prior DUI. I was still a mess craving the pills I was addicted to and would say or do anything to get out. I was released on recovery court probation. I was suppose to have reported there by 5pm that day. I didn't, I am doing much better now as for getting off all the pills. Now I just want to get this behind me.. I was initially given 2 years of probation and they bumped it up to 3 years for the violation. I know that city courts sentences in Greenwood are no more than one year in jail. So that being said what amount of time am I looking at? What should I do? It has been atleast a year.
