On Friday, January 9, 2015, the Oregon State Police Major Crimes Section in Central Point was notified of an injured seven-week-old infant who had been transported to Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland two days earlier with critical injuries. The infant was initially transported to Three Rivers Medical Center and after successful resuscitation efforts transferred to Doernbecher's in Portland where the child is still under medical care. Comment?

A Grants Pass man was arrested in Portland on Friday and charged in connection injuries that hospitalized his 7-week-old child. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Kevin "Tony" McCage, 27, and he was charged with first-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief. Comment?

Lt. Josh Brooks says 27-year-old Kevin "Tony" McCage was arrested in Portland and later booked into the Josephine County Jail on charges of assault and criminal mistreatment. The investigation began Friday after police were notified that a critically injured baby was transferred from a Southern Oregon hospital to Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland. Comment?

Authorities arrested a 38-year-old Grants Pass man earlier this month after serving a search warrant at his residence and finding more than 100 pounds of drugs. A 38-year-old man was arrested and more than 100 of pounds of drugs were seized after the Rogue Area Drug Enforcement Team and Oregon State Police served a search warrant to a Grants Pass home. Comment?
