Do probation officers in Hugo, Oklahoma use an etg test while on deferred probation?
I was put on probation in March for two years for possession of marijuana. I paid all my fines and don't even have to see the probation officer. I don't even smoke marijuana but she said some time during my probation she will call me in for a urinalysis. I am wondering when she gives me a UA will it be an etg or a simpler test for alcohol if she will even test for alcohol. What kind of alcohol test will they give me?
Every county is different on which test they use, but most of the time they use a 7-panel UA. Take a look at your...
AGG DUI and DPS hearing in Oklahoma
I received an aggravated DUI a year ago in Oklahoma. I understand that the criminal case is separate from the driving record case. I am off probation, courses & comm service complete, fines paid etc. I am still waiting for the hearing with the DPS. As I understand, if the officer is present during the hearing and the DPS rep can find no fault with the incident, I will have to have an interlock in my vehicle for 2 years. This will mean that I will be out of a job since I will have to drive a company vehicle. This also means that this incident will have followed me for approx 3 years (assuming the DPS hearing will happen soon). What chance do I have to win the hearing? What can I do to help my case? I have a lawyer. This is my first offense and I completed everything with criminal case early
You have an attorney. Only he or she can properly advise you.

Need a lawyer dealing with DUIs
im 60 yrs old and from Indiana. I moved out to Oklahoma in november of last year. About four and ahalf years ago i got myself into some trouble and had gotten three duis in a 5 yr period. I was sentence to 4 months in prison and two yrs probation. on top of that my license was suspended for 10 yrs. I would like to try and get my license reinstated and was wondering if thats possible and about how much it would cost me
Search for defense attorneys that handle DUI/DWI cases, as well as the driver's license issues involved.
Need a Real Answer on Revoked or Suspended license...
I got a DUI in 2013 and my license was suspended. I'm working on doing all the requirements asked of me. My boss at work told me 2 things, I can get a permit just to drive to and from work. #2. Is it true that you can claim sovereign t citizen, and "not drive" but have right to travel without a license as long as your not traveling in a commercial vehicle or using the vehicle for commerce? Please tell me my rights here and I watched several YouTube videos where people got pulled over and used "right to travel," and the Supreme Court ruled in favor of this law. If true, Can you give me details on this law? The name of the law, and does it pertain to all States. Thank you.
You can not lawfully drive on a suspended license. If eligible, you can obtain a modified driver's license, regular...
I need advice
I was arrested for possession (first offense) a few months ago. I had court last week and plead guilty and got a deferred sentence. During the time I was arrested for possession, I was on a deferred sentence for my second dui (felony) and I was supossed to stay out of trouble until October of 2016. My possession charge was in a different county than my dui charge. Will the county where my dui was find out and will I have to go to court since I violated the terms of my deferred sentence or how does this work?? Will I be punished?
Your new charge is public record. The odds are high your first deferred case will see a motion to acellerate filed...
First offense dui probation violation
I am on 6 months supervised probation with 2 random uas per month. I failed a ua and have a failure to submit(based on color code supposed to call in everyday didnt call for a few days color was called and didnt know)...i have one and a half months left on probation. I have no prior duis Am i seriously looking at jail time or just extension of probation? Is it common for them to sentence jail for violation of probation. I understand I messed up and in no way am i asking for leniency or making light of the situation and I understand I have to reap consequences for not following my probation but if i am sentenced to jail, i know i will lose my job..i cant lose my job..can i request community service or another alternative in place of jail.?
Yes, you could be looking at jail based on probation violations... How likely that is depends on a number of factors...
